How does our Door 2 Door Service work?

• Each tour/date will have a pick up route assigned (A,B or C)

  Please check your chosen tour/date to find out which pick up route is available. To qualify for our FREE Door 2 Door Service, your home address must be within 15 miles of one of the points on that particular route. Please note, not all points will be available on all tours, as routes are streamlined to reduce travelling times. If you prefer to make your own way to one of our coach departure points, or self drive for the duration of the tour, a discount of £25 per person applies.

• Departure times

  Our professional team work hard to ensure everyone gets to their tour coach in the shortest time possible, and will contact you by telephone 3 days before departure to confirm your home pick up time.

• Meet new friends

  Occasionally, you may travel with other like-minded customers in your taxi, minibus, or people carrier taking you to your tour coach.

• Luggage

  Our drivers will provide assistance with luggage when possible, but please note that you must be able to handle your luggage independently at all times. For example, your Door 2 Door driver may not be able to leave the vehicle unattended outside bus stations etc., and you will be required to make your own way from the drop off point to your tour coach.
